To use Online banking, you must:

be an authorised account signatory for the business that you are applying on behalf
read and agree to the terms and conditions
download theÌýConnect Registration FormÌýand submit toÌýClient Services.

We offer 2 Online Banking options. Santander Connect and Santander Connect Plus. They have different functionality and pricing. You should pick the option that best suits the needs of your business. You can change your mind at any time.

Here's what you get with Connect Plus
Additional payment services
Use Connect Plus to make payments to third parties and accounts you hold with other banks. This includes single and bulk CHAPS, BACS and Faster Payments.Ìý

Our file import facility will let you import payments direct from your own systems. You can also manage your payment templates and beneficiary records.Ìý

Connect is ourÌý standard version of Online Banking. There are no charges for using Connect.Ìý
