Log on to the Business Banking Mobile app.
You'll be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy to continue.
Then, you might be asked to enter your 91ÊÓÆµµØÖ·ÏÂÔØ ID. This lets us know who is trying to log on.
You might be asked to confirm it's you. To do this, we may send you a text message or email.
Please confirm your details are correct by tapping ‘Confirm details and continue’.
You'll be verified using different methods. This might be your Security Number or something else. You should never share any of these details with anyone else, even Santander staff.
If you can't remember your Security Number, you can tap 'Forgotten details?’
You’ll be asked to enter a One Time Passcode sent to you by text message.
Once we’ve confirmed your identity, the device registration will take place.
You can choose to log on with Fingerprint, Touch ID or Face ID (with compatible devices).
You’ll be able to set up your biometric preferences and use them to log on and/or approve transactions.
You can also continue to log on using your security number by selecting the option ‘No, use my Security Number’.
When you tap ‘Continue’ the device registration will take place and you’ll be able to access the app.
